Bombings and air strikes have sharply increased in Ukraine.
The capital, Kyiv, was the target of massive strikes with hundreds of drones and missiles targeting residential areas and energy infrastructure. Families have been left without electricity or hot water in freezing temperatures, making daily life a struggle for thousands of people.
The strikes mostly target residential areas or civilian infrastructure like housing, energy and hospitals, putting ordinary people, including many children, in constant danger.
There is now a growing need to provide the most vulnerable with warm clothing, food, and blankets. Our teams are also working tirelessly to provide victims with long-term rehabilitation support. Most people with severe injuries like amputations will need a lifetime of support to recover and regain independence, but the current conditions make it difficult to provide this level of care.
At Humanity & Inclusion, we believe that bombing civilian infrastructure is unacceptable and must stop. Join our movement to demand an end to this by signing the petition today.
