Britain Must Respect the Rights of the Disabled

We want equal access to all services regardless of ability and disability and call for the Government and Local Authorities to take responsibility for helping organisations to provide a variety of services for the disabled by providing suitable financial support to service providers. Sign Today

We the undersigned urge you to consider the following statements and act to address them:

  • “Consider disabled people’s needs – they are part of our community”
  • “Give the disabled a voice for our needs at County Level – Regeneration, Health PCT’s, Education Action Zones, ESCC Early Years Development & Childcare Partnership, Neighbourhood Renewal and so on…… Pots of money……. It doesn't include disabled people and their needs. Where is their share?”
  • “Time to assess what public money is spent on! Councils should be properly accountable to the Public NOW”
  • “Parents & care-givers of children with special needs and disabilities want a break. Don’t they deserve that?”
  • “Equal access to services for all”
  • “It’s everyone’s responsibility to look after those less able than ourselves”


We urge you to pay attention to the rights and needs of the disabled in Britain.
