Ruth Bader Ginsburg's passing could not be a more tragic loss. Justice Ginsburg was a fearless champion for justice, and we owe her an enormous debt of gratitude.

We have to protect Justice Ginsburg's legacy and her last wish that her seat on the court not be filled until after the inauguration.
