Dear David Cameron,
In Britain, Disabled Accident Victim’s are prevented from receiving a Fair Personal Injury Claim Settlement.
Gov’t Policy designed to keep Injury Claim Settlements as low as possible protects Ins Co Profits.
Victims suffer Propoganda led by Ins Co’s and Gov’t in the media claiming they’re ‘Scroungers’ making ‘False Claims.
You never hear about the thousands of Seriously Injured Disabled people who are left Penniless and Paraplegic by the Ins Co’s, Lawyers and Expert Witnesses committing Fraud every year.
If a Disabled Person so much as exaggerates in their Claim it’s thrown out of Court and they get nothing, no matter how badly Injured and Disabled they are.
Rich Lawyers and Medical Expert Witnesses only care about their fees, working together to line their pockets at the expense of their own Seriously Injured Clients.
Gov’t policies stop the Seriously Injured Disabled from ever doing anything about the Lawyers, Dr’s & Expert Witnesses who Destroy their Claim.
Expert Witnesses are protected from being sued or Prosecuted, allowing them to say anything they like in our Courts without repurcussion.
They all cover up ‘Syrinx’ which can leave you paraplegic at the time of or even years after an accident, because they don’t want you to know you can get this from ‘Whiplash’.
This is why they’re so quick to pay out in Whiplash Claims.
Dr’s & Hospitals cover it up too, because their failure to treat a Brain Injury could also cause it.
Which is why Criminal Claims Co’s aided by Criminal Expert Witnesses set up shop to make False Whiplash Claims. They are Dr’s and Lawyers who see a way of making money out of the Ins Co’s Fear of large pay outs in Syrinx Injury.
The UK Disability Benefits System is left to pick up the bill of the Corrupt Ins Co, Dr and Lawyer. That means the Tax Payer is being asked to pay again to line the pockets of the Super Rich Non Tax Payer.
It’s Criminal and Shameful for the UK to be treating it’s most vulnerable in this way in the 21st Century.
Please clean up this Industry which shames Britain.
Bring it into the 21st Century. Make us proud again.
