The restaurants are wasting food.... food that could go to homeless . This is an atrocity which needs to be addressed

I watched 60 minutes and a famous restauranter, Massimo Batturo said how restaurants are throwing away a trillion pounds of food a year. He has opened up restaurants to feed the homeless and anybody in need of a meal. Congress should have a law and fine to enforce this problem
