Earlville Chickens

Earlville Chickens, having WRITTEN PERMISSION on 2 separate occasions from the Village Board under the previous ordinances to keep an agreed upon limited number of chickens and rabbits and to increase the number of chickens, were targeted without cause by Spite Law #1 of 2007 (otherwise known as Local Law #1 of 2007) which banned practically all domesticated animals from the rural Village of Earlville, all 1.1 square miles of which 60% is undeveloped and agricultural land.  There was only 1 resident and property owner with permission to have these animals.  There were no violations that would have provoked this targeted attack against the resident, owner, and resident family with the animals.  The village public servants have ticketed and charged 3 times for violating the fabricated and targeted law, Earlville losing on appeal to Madison County Court, and now charged again with the SAME CHARGES that were appealed and won by the resident.  The resident is standing firm on his rights and against this corrupt, harassing, and power abusing local government.
