Add color BLUE to Brazil 2014 World-cup Logo

The logo for the FIFA world cup in Brazil 2014 has been unveiled.
Its colors are Yellow and Green reflecting the colors of the Brazilian flag but... They missed one color, the bright cobalt blue at the center of the flag wich works as a BG for the country's motto "Ordem e Progresso" (order and progress)
The color BLUE should be added to the otherwise beautiful new logo as shown in this picture:
