No child should be used against a parent at any time, This does nothing but hurt the child and the parent.
Domestic Relations should check employment status on both parties (mother and father) every 6 months to 1 year, and offer help to those who can't find a job, so they can pay support. Not threaten to put them in jail, Jailtime does nothing but waist good taxpayers money.
When paying child support Domestic Relations should not be able to attack your credit (the party paying needs to live in order to pay).
In order to receive child support the father/mother should have equal custody rights that prevent a child from being taken away from either parent.
Domestic Relations should require the party receiving support to provide receipts, This should be checked up on every 6 months to 1 year, (Child support should be limited to the child not the mother/father)
The childsupport should be limited to 25 % of the parents income and/or a $500.00 per month maximum for every child, there is no single child that needs over $500.00 per month
Health insurance should be provided by the parent who receives it from their workplace, and if neither parent has it, chips and/or the state/government should provide it.
