Amendment to adjust allocations to higher education
Article 1.
Any higher education institution that has increased tuition and experienced declining enrollment in the last three years shall be loss its charter and its properties put up for sale.
Article 2.
All degree earners shall be scored by an independent company to assure they are yielding an 8-12% annual percentage rate after paying interest on their combined student loans this shall be calculated till retirement.
Article 3
Each chamber of commerce shall assign a value to each degree from each institution and to each class.
Article 4
Any institution not meeting the above two criteria shall lose its state support and not be considered for any form of financial assistance.
