Help put the Afghans on Tour behind bars!

Hello,
As you know a year ago in April Tom Kaulitz of the band Tokio Hotel hit a young woman at a Hamburg gas station. But there's more to this story than Bild or RTL News would want you to believe.
Before all the chaos erupted involving Tom getting the XXXL pants sued off him for whatever this lady wanted, Tokio Hotel was being stalked for six months. As the story goes, Perrine (the lady Tom hit) wanted to have sexual relations with Tom (Reality hurts *literally* doesn't it?) the gang she was with (called Les Afghans on Tour) wrote threatning letters addressed to members of Tokio Hotel, they also destroyed property belonging to the Kaulitz twins and attacked their mother. It is also believed that (by at least some fans here in the United States myself included) during the twins 21st birthday while Bill was in Los Angeles, the stalkers broke into their home. Luckily no one was home and nothing was taken.

you will notice that there's a girl who puts out a cigarette on Tom's car window just before the incident. some who are for the stalkers totally miss this key point or fail to watch and understand the entire surveillence video.
For the German Lawmakers: Please I ask you, Please reopen this case. You may not know it, but you made an innocent man (who was only defending the honor of his friends, family and career as well as defending his own life) pay for crimes of which he did not commit.
To the Tokio Hotel fans in Germany: Please continue to support Tom and TH by signing this petition. What Tom did a year ago was out of self defense and defense for the people most important in his life. As a fellow Alien who lives in America and does not support manipulation in any form. I would encourage you to help the lawmakers in your country realize that this action against Tom was wrong and that this case should be reopened and further investigated until the stalkers are locked up.

We the undersigned are outraged that Les Afghans on tour are still walking the streets and Tom Kaulitz has to live every day with the night of April 17, 2009 locked in his mind knowing what he did was out of anger but he did it because he was tired of being followed.
We know that Perrine and this gang of stalkers are still up to no good and we also suspect that if something isn't done about them, they could possibly hurt our boys.
This gang has been known to destroy property, send threatening messages and attack The Kaulitz twins' mother. We American fans suspect that this gang broke into the Kaulitz twins house as of this year. Although no one was home and nothing was stolen, We still need to be informed in case these stalkers show up in America (since the twins are living in Los Angeles temporarily)
Please I would encourage you to do whatever you have to do reopen this case and make sure that these stalkers don't hurt innocent people like Tokio Hotel again.
