MAKE TEXAS NEUTER ALL DOGS AND CATS

The single objective is to tell the horrible truth with our website
 http://www.texas-no-kill.com/ , and push for a law, making everyone responsible for neutering all cats and dogs, including ferals.
This  is the only possible long term solution, because all life comes " programmed to propagate " and  cats and dogs have no choice.  Please check out our website above.

We the undersigned  agree that surplus animals are being created everywhere you care to look and it is costing many of millions of dollars  to catch and kill miillions of cats and dogs only guilty of having the misfortune of being born. The primary purpose of all living things is to multiply; cats and dogs have no choice in the matter; such as you and I have.  Thank you for standing up for the rights of the dogs and cats who do not have a voice of their own.
