OUTLAW Puppy Mills!

Puppy Mills are a growing business today, and it seems nothing is really being done about it. Except maybe a slap on the hand, and a persone pets being hauled away to already over crowded shelters. Puppy mills need to be outlawed. Anyone found having a puppy mill, needs to be fined, and/or jail time. Its all for money and greed, and innocent animals are suffering at the hand of people every day. All they care about is making a buck. Dogs are bred, and bred until they basically die. No human contact, little food, no care, some never even see the light of day. Disease and illnesses, and well as neurological, and skelital deformations occur almost all the time, and these pups are sold to pet stores because people are too lazy to actually look towards reputable breeders, who do care more than anything for the welfare of their dogs.  The people who buy a dog from a puppy mill are at fault as the person running the mill. It needs to stop and someone needs to put an end to it. Puppy Mills should be a crime. Period.
