Remove Court Judges That Don't Protect Our Children

Judges show favoritism toward women during a divorce, its no secret.  But how a circuit court judge can deny a substantiated claims of abuse & neglect of children backed by witness, photographic evidence and even admission from the parent in question is beyond comprehension.  When a home is loaded with animals, animal feces, urine, broken or missing windows, exposed electrical wiring and children smell like filthy animals with clothing covered in animal hair, not to mention no home heating for two winters, wouldnt you think something is wrong? Who protects the rights of these children when forced to live in this type of environment? If your relying on Child Protective Service, Health Department or a Circuit Court Judge then keep looking especially if you are in a pending divorce case. My children were forced to live in a home with no rules and no basic housekeeping for over 2 years with no assistance from the courts especially the Judge. Who's the real criminal? Are the courts trying to force father's into taking the law into their own hands, because it sure appears that way. For 2 years I had to watch these events and now that the ex has moved out and left a destroyed  home and property, Child Protective Service wants to investigate.
One man, who thinks he's a God, chose to deny my claims from being investigated and he's the same man that took an oath. To bad that oath didnt have the rights of children in mind. Just think, mine and your tax money pays for this idiot to make legal decisions for us, does it look like he's doing his job?
Three adults lived in this house also and chose to live like this, two children had no choice in the matter. If you think that this one photo is bad, leave me your e-mail address and I can send you hundreds more and you tell me if you think the Judge was correct in not getting involved.
A complaint is currently being filed with the State Of Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission to investigate the Judge for his misconduct or lack of action. I will keep the progress posted and updated, but wont hold my breath on any corrective action.
