Retire Dan Pastorini's #7 Jersey

Arguably the toughest Quarterback ever to play the position, Dan helped define the "Luv Ya Blue" era. 
The Oilers of that era were part of the fabric of the city's identity, and Dan was the leader.
The Titans should have retired #7 many years ago. The Texans should retire it as part of Houston football history.
