Rexburg Towing Problems
Please join our efforts to eliminate predatory towing and booting. Some of our off campus housing complexes makes a poor effort to educate people about towing enforcement and penalties. The fines and practices are too costly and ruthless. Managers seem to have little or no control over the situation. We request BYU-I and city officials to legislate relief from these unfair, ruthless and high cost penalties and practices!!!!
We the undersigned would like to see predatory towing and high fees in student lots abolished. We would like management to become more responsible for what happens on the properties they take care of. Students are being used and taken advantage of through poor towing practices. Please help us fix this issue.
As you can see, there are many people in our community who agree that this is out of control.
