Stop Pointless Petitions, Delete them..

This petition is for Care 2 to start monitoring it's petitions, and delete the useless ones that clog the system.  This makes it harder for good petitions to be seen, thus making them less effective.

Maybe Care 2 can have a flagging system, that allows people to easily send them in for review.. That way, people can't just flag a petition they don't like, but it actually gets looked at.  Or a rating system that drops the silly ones to the bottom.  Just an idea,  this is a perfect example of a Pointless Petition
But I'll forward it to Care2, maybe they'll do something with the idea..
I dropped the required signatures to 200.
