Please help me get my 8yr Daughter back!

I need your help, you have a beautiful reputation in discovering the truth in many situations and I feel that you may be my very last hope.

I am constantly searching for information online that would or could potentially help me regain custody of my 8 year old daughter.

I have been fighting for almost 4 years and have barely had any success at all due to the paternal grandparents taking control in my ex husbands life. I was married at the young age of 19 and did not know what I was doing 5 months later I found out that I was pregnant with my daughter Alyssa. Around 2003 her father and I decided that his infidelity was the end of our relationship and I would keep our daughter. This proved to be pretty rough financially as a single mother working and barely making ends meet to pay the bills, I was forced on several occasions to move to less expensive residences. In 2004 this proved to be the worst possible thing I could do.

I decided to file for child support from my ex but  I did not realize that I should have instead been filing for custody which was not established in our divorce.

Well my ex beat me to the punch and after the judge reviewed my residential moves, my ex was granted primary residential of my daughter.

Now its 2009, I have constantly been put on supervised visitation not by court order but by my ex husband and paternal grandparents own defined order and I have had DCF called on me 3 times. (No findings)

I have had 3 attorneys and have only gotten in debt and my daughter is the one suffering from all of this.

I have kept several logged notes and information that I have collected over the years to help me in my fight. (None of this has ever been presented by an attorney.

My ex husband is currently working in Orlando and his mother has my child on an everyday basis and is dictating what rights she feels fit to let me have. When my ex husband is not working out of town he resides in Middleburg, this is not where the child resides (she is with the paternal grandmother who lives in Fleming island) My daughter does not even go to the school in the district that my husband goes to she goes to one in Fleming island.

I have a court order that states that the child is to live with the Custodial parent my Ex Husband, not the paternal grandparents.

I feel I was taken advantage of in 2003 when the court ruled in his favor and gave him primary residential, but I am now being taken advantage of again by giving this paternal grandparent more rights than I have as a biological parent. I want to be a part of my childs life but Im almost unable to do so because of the paternal grandparents.

I spoke with the grandmother on June 4th 2009 and she informed me that she has plans and had already paid for a airline ticket for Alyssa and her to go to Chicago for Melissas wedding (paternal Aunt) But per court agreement Im supposed to have my daughter for summer vacation, with the exception of fathers day, and holidays.

Update: June 11th 2009 was the last time i spoke with my daughter on the phone, she was informing me that her cousin Madeline (4yrs) is bothering her and wants her to play this game called "mommy and daddy" a few moments later the grandmother grabbed the phone from her and stated that she just found Madeline and Alyssa acting inappropriately and said she would call me back. 
That was the last time I spoke with my daughter. 
 
Yesterday June 19th 2009 at approximately 5:00pm I received a call from my daughter saying she was at adventure landing Water Park. Im thinking, why is she at adventure landing Water Park when she is supposed to be in Chicago? I then get worried since,

1.        I have over the course of 8 days tried constantly to contact my ex husband and his mother to speak with my daughter and have failed at every attempt.

2.        I am a worried mother that was led to believe my child was in another state but am finding out that she is not and could be lost and sounded distressed.

3.        What if instead of getting a call from my daughter it was the police telling me that she was in a plane crash or something.

So I leave work at around 3:00pm or so and begin driving to the water Park to find my daughter and I had a friend that was in the car with me who is a mother of 3 and a licensed Medical assistant, I get to the water park and immediately go in and start looking for my daughter and find her with her grandmother and I sighed in relief. I sat down with Alyssa on my lap and of course hugged her and told her I missed her and loved her very much, and the the grandmother proceeded to get Alyssa to tell me about the incident that occurred on June 11th, 2009, Alyssa seemed very pulled back from talking about this and started crying, the grandmother kept badgering my child to speak and the grandmother then began to use foul language and cursed at my child and I told her to stop that the child is clearly emotional and that she needed to back off, well she did not stop so I told my daughter to get her things we are leaving and Im going to take her to my house until her father gets in town and he can come get her for fathers day weekend. The grandmother then began to make a scene and started cussing aloud to where other children could hear and I informed her that there were children present to stop and to also stop talking to my child that was too. At that moment my daughter is still on my lap laying her head on my shoulder crying when the grandmother stood up and hit me in the face and begun to slap me. I immediately yelled out %u201Csomeone to call the police%u201D finally there were a few life guards that came over only after hearing the commotion and they pulled her away and I got my daughter and went to go meet the police at the gate.

After giving all the statements to the police the police made me give my child that has been battered by this woman back to this woman due to it being fathers day weekend and my ex told them to let her go with her grandmother so he would not be unconvinced by having to drive an additional 20 miles to come get her from my house.

There was absolutely nothing I could do I was literally helpless to help my own child from this woman!

I ended up also having to go to the doctor that same night because when she was hitting and slapping me I was holding my child so I was defenseless to defend myself against her and my jaw is sore and I ended up with a sever migraine and my neck was swollen red from her hitting and scratching me.

She now has a pending Battery charge against her and she is very lucky she did not hit my daughter while attacking me.

Please help me to get this woman out of my childs life and please help me get my child in a safe and calm environment.
