Save the Wahpeton, ND JC Penny store!

Recently, it was announced that the Wahpeton, ND JC Penny store would be one of over a hundred being closed. This store has been a staple in our small communities for over 130 years. If it closes, the nearest department stores will be Fergus Falls, MN (30 miles) and Fargo, ND (50 miles).

We are just shy of 1,200 signatures. We need at least 2,000 for them to even consider saving the store. KEEP ON SHARING! Email, Snapchat, Facebook, instagram...any resource you can!
