Demand El Paso Police to Seek Justice for Puppy Hit by Drunk Driver

The animal rights in the city of El Paso are atrocious. El Paso is quickly becoming a place known for is constant apathy toward situations involving animal cruelty and abuse. What a horrible thing to be famous for! At 3am two witnesses saw a driver hit a pitbull puppy with their vehicle. After being confronted he laughed and drove off. His license plates were given to the police who said they would do nothing because it was not a human, even though the driver was driving drunk. Please sign and demand that the El Paso police department finds this individual and arrest him for not only driving while intoxicated but for animal cruelty.
