We support the establishment of a noise ordinance in the City of Decorah

There needs to be a noise ordinance in town with a standard so music won't get different treatment than the races or the trucks at a sandpit, etc. Once there is a standard it's not a racing problem but a car or speaker or jackhammer that can be equally enforced. Most towns with in town fairgrounds have them without hurting racing. Support the city council as they work towards equality.  If you agree please join me!
