My twenty four year old Granddaughter Alexa Hernandez Overdosed on Fentanyl and she has a seven year old daughter Iris. I want Governor Gregg Abbott to make a law holding Drug Dealers accountable for overdose deaths of Fentanyl in the State of Texas.
