To tell the Federal government of these United States of America that we will resist any and all laws,legislation or acts that undermine or destroy the U.S. Constitution.
We the undersigned,being freemen and freewomen, declare that because of certain events by those that seek the destruction of this great Republic and the Constitution of these United States that we hold so dear and in the spirit of our Forefathers and by our Creator that we do have an unalienable right to Life,Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Whereas we hold these truths to be self evident and that to secure these rights, the Government which was instituted and given power from the consent of those governed, That whenever that form of Government becomes destructive of these ends it is the Right of the People to alter it or abolish and to resist any and all forms of destruction.
History of the present Government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpation, all having in direct object to the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.
In every stage of this oppression we have Petitioned for redress in the most humble of terms, whereas our Petitions have been answered by repeated injury. A Government whose character is thus marked by every act which may be defined as a Tyrant ,is unfit to rule over free people.
We therefore,the undersigned, seeking the Rights and Freedoms that are given to us by our Creator restored,solemnly publish and declare, that being sovereign citizens of these United States of America, resist any and all forms of destruction of our great Republic including but not limited to;
The destruction of the Constitution of the United States of America
Taxation without representation
socialized programs IE: Healthcare,welfare, etc.
The allowing of invasion through our sovereign borders by non citizens
The loss of our property rights
Trading with those that seek our destruction
Appeasing those that seek our destruction
Appeasing the United Nations which seeks our destruction
The right to vote for any candidate of our choosing , not a two party system
The loss of our Freedoms,Rights and Liberties and our pursuit of Happiness
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the Protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
