  As D.K International embarks upon changing laws and informing the general public of the differences between tattooing and paramedical pigmentation for breast cancer survivors. Thus offering new career opportunities for these pigmentation specialists as Dovme Professionals. D.Kosmetik International Institute of Dovme  Professionals shall present a proposal to North Carolina Legislators on behalf of breast cancer survivors, asking for professional training programs for those implementing pigments, inks, and or dyes for areola pigmentation of breast cancer survivors.
