Subcontractor RIGHTS!!!

In 2018 My Father Passed away in the Carr Fire in Redding CA. He was subcontracted out to run Heavy equipment, A bulldozer in this case. He was sent to an area that had been reported as unsaveable. He was caught in the fire were he succumb to the fire and passed away. He had been a heavy equipment operator for 50 years. When he passed away in the fire he did not have the same rights as a Firefighter. I feel that ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS THE REST OF OUR FIRST RESPONDERS, They put their lives on the line JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!! #CARRFIRE
