A proposed senate bill in the south Carolina leglegislature, bill 1230, sits in committee and has done so since February 2012. Its proposed legislation is to bring forth better oversight on hundreds of millions of dollars leaving our state and winding up in the possession of drug cartels and terrorist organizations.
