Since the Summer of 2012, the Estes Street Neighborhood in Lakewood, CO has experienced Comcast Service disruption in the form of intermittent service for cable, internet and telephone. For a while, the service improved, but for the last several weeks they are daily (typically multiple daily instances) events. We are aware several neighbors have contacted Comcast numerous times, yet are told it is a service "outage" - over and over again. Comcast has also sent technical reps to explore the issue but yet as of 1-1-13, the issue is still unresolved. It is time that Comcast delegate the appropriate top-notch technical experts to resolve our neighborhood intermittent outage issue. We have been paying for services we are not receiving.
