I have to say as under
Please read this with my previous mails in this regard
1 – That I booked a ‘TATA NANO’ on April 09,2011 at "Moti Rave Mall, Gutaiya, near Rawatpur Crossing, Kanpur" ; paid cash Rs 5000/ (Rupees five thousand only) and all the documents demanded were handed over.
2- That not getting delivery for long time, I lodged a complaint on Saturday, July 02, 2011 (Case Nos 57091).[ Please see your Cash memo no 'T13/49559' , Paid Rs5000/- cash (Rupees Five Thousand only)]
3- That on my complaint booking was cancelled by you and I was called to get the refund of booking money (call was made on 23-08-2011 by your phone no 915123073538 on my mobile no 7376139221) but when I reached the money was not refunded and I was told that money will be refunded after getting permission from head office.
4- That even after repeated contacts and reminders the money has not been refunded to me till now.
