Everyone should sign this to help protect, innocent children in our local community, and stop child violence and those that destroy human life. This is created for the loss of a local boy that had never had a fair chance to begin his life and grow to see the changes in the world we live in, By signing this petition we hope that the law will become more strict and different agencies will start opening their eyes and begin to protect our communities at 300%, instead of 32%., We hope every agency will now begin to change their ways of thinking and start listening to the people of the community. We know the laws state what they state for punishment, but the justice system needs to change and start protecting the people of the communities, instead of their best interest. Again by signing this petition we hope that it can be drawn into law that we as people of the country are here to stand and fight for our children of our local community and help serve to protect as patrons for our neighborhoods, and allow justice to see complete facts and help prevent a situation from even happening.
If the proper measures were taken when the first incident was addressed, this little boy would still be with us right now. But because the loop holes in the justice system have failed (Gary Carpenter III) he is no longer with us and it could have been prevented, if the justice system was stricter on their laws and took the first situation more serious this could have been prevented.
This petition is not a target of one person as stated above this targets every community that suffers violence and abuse every day that goes on! Let’s sign this and create LIL-Wolfy's Law! And hope we as people can help those before it’s too late!
