Petition to DEMA to Allow Briana Darcy to attend

Currently DEMA rules have a strict age limit imposed of 16 years or older.
Briana Darcy is a 13 year old Scuba Diver that is very involved with promoting both scuba diving and ocean conservation activities. This young lady plays a vital role in promoting diving & conservation amongst the next generation.
Please help sign and help this amazing and talented young lady attend this event.
