We need to keep Spring Time hours because we have an extra hour of daylight. Many people work until 5 and in the fall, by the time they get off work it's already getting dark. For me, a person with seasonal anxiety disorder I feel happier in the day and when Fall comes and we have to fall back which means we have more more night than day. I believe this will help with depression. Also studies show spring time hours save on energy as there is more daylight so we don't have to use as much electricity
