Suppose that you are in the market to purchase a house. The property that you are about to head out to view and the adjoining properties are zoned for residential and agricultural use. You go with a real estate agent to the property and within 60 feet of your house is a house that is running a commercial kennel on their property. That house always has at least 10 dogs and the barking can get quite loud. It is not uncommon for the animal rescue to take in dogs that have behavioral issues and can be a danger as a result. Would you purchase this house?
