Abolish Bull Fighting in Texas.

Whereas bullfighting is considered a cruel and barbaric "sport" that tortures, injures, and kills bulls as well as human bullfighters,

and whereas Texas is the only one in the United States where bullfighting is still legal,

and whereas bullfights are usually held there during rodeos;

therefore, we the undersigned urge the legislature and governor of the state of Texas to abolish the cruel and savage "sport" of bullfighting.
