abolish Michigan's "No Window Tint" law for vehicles

this petition is created to provide safety benefits for vehicle operators and others because sun glare is greatly reduced. There is a health benefit for eyes and skin due to reduction in solar radiation.
There's no legitimate reason an anti window tint law should be law. The law was created on the premise of citizen safety. If such law was so important to citizens safety then legislators certainly can't explain the recent 'Michigan no Helmet Law"
anyone who operates or is a passenger in any vehicle with window protective tint should sign this petition due to the overwhelming benefits that protective window film provides.
From safety to health, quality window tinting is a guaranteed benefit verses the states claim that it is a safety hazard. If their claim were true then how can legislators possibly explain the passage of the recent anti helmet law for motorcyclists dubbed " no Helmet Law"
If safety is such a concern for citizens safety then that particular law makes no sense.
The benefits of window film: reduces harmful glare, harmful radiation. Provides a better line of sight during bright sunny days. Reduces energy consumption due to less demand for air conditioning in Summer and heater in Winter (window film helps retain temp inside vehicle)
Creates additional safety due to reducing chances of glass breakage. Can be advantageous to deter theft of a vehicles contents because item inside are not as visible from outside.
