There have just been rumors that since The Amazing Spider-Man 2 didn't do so well last year, along with the character of Spider-Man being sold back to Marvel, plans for The Amazing Spider-Man 3 are cancelled, along with the franchise of Spider-Man being rebooted yet again. I personally feel that Marvel should let Sony keep going on plans and production for The Amazing Spider-Man 3 before they even think of rebooting the franchise once again. So far, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 ended with Gwen Stacy's death and Harry Osborn creating the Sinister Six set to destroy Spider-Man. I feel that if The Amazing Spider-Man 3 can still go on, then we could find out what will become of Peter Parker dealing with Gwen's death and him confronting the Sinister Six as well as Harry Osborn. I even hear that director Marc Webb planned to make those plots happen for that third Amazing Spider-Man movie and if it all gets cancelled, we will never know what will happen then. The Amazing Spider-Man 3 should also either be released for the summer of 2017 since it has been said the other rebooted Spider-Man film is set to be released at that time or the original year of 2018. At the same time, if Marvel should ever reconsider cancelling The Amazing Spider-Man 3, then Andrew Garfield should come back as Spider-Man/Peter Parker, as all of us fans have been wanting that to happen. With that being said if you can please sign this petition and have it complete, then maybe we could all get what we want on what should happen for The Amazing Spider-Man 3.
