Fight for Policy Changes at Publix to Allow Freedom of Expression!

There is a policy in place at the Publix Company which bans any color of hair that isn't a "natural" color. The bans on hairstyles also include men having long hair, women having shaved hairstyle, and DREADLOCS. These things have absolutely nothing to do with a person's work ethic, ability to perform tasks, or level of professionalism while working with customers. It's time to move on, and move up. We demand that Publix no longer be allowed to refuse a job to someone just for their hairstyle or individuality!. Help us create more opportunities for people who have missed out in the past simply because of the way that they choose to express themselves with their own bodies!
