Fire Aaron Boone, Sign Buck Showalter

Aaron Boone has to go. He made some horrible decisions for Games 3 & 4 of the ALDS but that isn't the main reason why Cashman needs to cut him loose. In a city where the fanbase is ruthless, where expectations are consistently unrealistic, where success is demanded, we need a manager that can step up when it's all on the line. It was a fun experiment signing him to lead this young team but come on, the Yankees roster could have won 100 games with any manager; I firmly believe that. Boone is softer than a pillow and does not look like the face that can lead a Championship New York Yankees Team.

We need Buck Showalter. He is available, he has grit, he is tough and he would look badass in pinstripes again. We need his experience and knowledge, not to bring us to the postseason, but to make a decision during the playoffs and be confident with it. That is a person I can get behind.
