Don’t allow your loved ones to be neglected. Urge the NHS and GP’s to regularly visit patients who choose to stay at home.

Following the recent passing of my Father, I want to submit a petition to Caroline Dinenage, the current Minister of State at the Department of Health & Social Care, urging that it becomes a requirement for the NHS and GP's to hold a register of elderly patients who choose to remain at home and that they ensure their health and well-being is regularly monitored. Hopefully then, any decline in a patient's health will be detected earlier and more support provided.
