Plan to switch to sustainable products at Sparty's MSU convenience stores

A major cause of litter and waste is through the packaged goods that students buy at Sparty's and Sparty's Market. As a solution to reduce the litter on campus, I propose that Sparty's should switch to selling mostly biodegradable packaged goods.
