Cancel The Build Of The White Water Rafting In The IFSC

A white-water rafting facility beside the IFSC has been given the go ahead by city councillors, costing a proposed 22€ million.
This kind of unthoughtful mismanagement of national funds must be stopped.
Although Ireland's economy is booming at the moment, homeless numbers have risen to over 10,000 this year.
Dublin's rent costs are also some of the highest in the world!
There is an obvious misplacement of funds here. Twenty Two million euros could make such a difference to the homeless and renting issues that Ireland face at the moment. I would hope that Dublin City Council could see the amount of people that oppose the planned white water rafting facility, and rethink which institutes in Dublin could benefit most with the money.
