Make driving safe by abolishing smart motorways.

We need to bring back hard shoulders on motorways in order to save lives. Smart motorways are dangerous and have caused numerous deaths. Recently a coroner ruled that smart motorways contributed to the deaths of two drivers on the M1 and present an ongoing threat to future life. We should save lives rather than save money.
