Parking Enforcement at 255 Sunview St. Waterloo

What happened:
No protection for tenants who bought the parking pass. Accommod8u did not enforce the parking situation at 255 Sunview and refuse to tow the vehicle that was parking on the private property.

Why we are concerned:
Accommod8u as a property management company is challenging the leasing contract that they made for the parking spot.

What they should do:
Accommod8u should ticket and tow the vehicle that does not have a valid pass or is not registered with honk immediately (within 30min) after receiving the call.
