stop selling poison to unauthorized persons in spain

in spain it is possible for every person to buy and use poison( like rat poison) . the use of rat poison and other poisons kill every year thousands of birds, dogs, cats and other animals. the animals die very slowly and extremely painfull. the other problem is, that children can find the poison too and it won' t be long , till the first child becomes poisoned!
