Teachers and students should call in sick if existing gun control legislation isn't voted on and passed.

In the aftermath of the recent school shooting in Florida, children and teachers are wondering if their school is going to be next. There is legislation before Congress that would start to address this national epidemic. We want everyone to sign to support H.R. 4477 which would enforce the current law to strengthen the criminal background check system. And to insist that our representatives in Washington enact or toughen the legislation around keeping anybody who's mentally ill from owning a gun.
