Drug Addiction is a disease and should not be a felony offence!...it should go back to the previous laws

As of recent if a citizen has had 2 prior offenses of drug possession it is now a felony. Im sorry but addiction is a real demon and is fueled by large drug cartels and probably allowed buy our own government yo control the population. Even a small temporary minding your own business, working two jobs and a full time student...and now a full blown Felonp...she had her rights violated overbearing officers so eager to bust anyone and everyone......it's not fair not right
