In 2006, political and business leaders in Philadelphia dug up a contaminated site closely surrounding Margaret Motheral's home. They failed in safety and environmental due diligence and exposed Margaret to many hazards, forcing her from her home and years of living in limbo and several hospital visits. Many officials , from the Mayor to the District Attorney abused their power to cover up these crimes and deliberately chose to embark on 6 years of hate crimes toward Margaret to distract the public from the truth about the crimes and haz mat on the development project. Margaret is in dire need of medical care and Restorative Justice and lives in constant terror from so many years of repeated abuses sponsored by the most powerful in the City of Philadelphia. We the undersigned demand immediate cease of whistleblower retaliation abuses and denial of civil rights and other abuses for Margaret Motheral in Philadelphia and criminal prosecution.. Government response has been to ignore and abuse. This was in need of emergency haz mat from the start. We demand immediate medical care as Margaret deems necessary, including IV chelation and healing circumstances for post traumatic stress recovery. We demand immediate mobilization of Restorative Justice by the City of Philadelphia , whose charge it is to protect citizens and not harm.
