San Luis Obispo, CA. Mental Health Department

Are you homeless? In these times of need, if you happen to see one on the street, you should offer him a meal, or a place to stay because County Mental Health Forensic Coordinator, came up with  the bright Idea of getting involved in discriminating, stereotyping, and labeling you as a mentally ill offender, of some type, and will welcome you with open arms, to his Behavioral Court, presiding Honorable Judge Crandall, (volunteer). They  most likely won't be as hospitable as you, for their facilities you will be sharing with 38% of the S.L.O county mentally ill...Behind Bars!  Instead of prevention, acts as  a go between the D.A. Office and The Public Defenders Office? Why does it think it
belongs in the courtroom? G, is that kosher? The Downtown Business Association thinks so, and the Adult Policy Council in which he pulls out outdated figures from Santa Barbara County? To implement S.L.O'S? Since his Department, managed to hire Unlicenced, Uncertified, Mental Health Professionals, which discriminate against the most underserved people in the county, (Hispanics), G, I wonder why I got sent to ASH. I just found out I was considered to be a whistle blower! Defrauding the Federal Government, by deeming me incompetent, and then denying me access to basic health and human services, and charging for them? G, I really did not get a fair trial did I? Please, help us and sign this petition in keeping the judicial process from being tainted by a department, that inlists Judges to act like them , walk like them and see like them, what you wont see, is the growing (mentally ill) homeless population that are about to find out what is for lunch at the Prado Day Center 5.5 miles out of town?
Make them accountable for the mistreatment of what was once a self sufficient, Hispanic male, and tell Honorable Judge Tangeman to give him a fair trial, instead of ostracizing him from the community, he once felt proud to be part of...Thank You!

Office and The Public Defenders Office? Doesn't it believe in the separation of powers? Of function rather than
interdepartmental dependency? Are procedures the same in their court? courtroom? G, is that kosher?
