12/12/2012 a day without violence

Sign this petition and pledge that this day we will not kill or eat anything that has been killed. This one day we the people of the planet, all of us, can take the day off from the rampant slaughter that takes place every day. We can do what our governments refuse to do. We can decide to have one day of real peace on earth. We can act as people united around the globe. I would like this petition to reach as many people around the world as possible. Individuals can act as a whole ignoring borders or countries and send this message of true freedom. The freedom to choose life, to simply stop killing for one day. Imagine a world without violence, even for just 24 hours.
