A DECENT RESPECT

President Barack Obama, The forging letter is to our fine Governor in the fine State of California. Also find the letter I sent to you. Respectively Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, I did not ask as to rather or not you would uphold the Supreme Court findings. Of course you will. However. I did ask if you would kindly take into consideration that on a national level the forgoing letter to President Barack Obama would settle all existing questions of controversy, in regards to same sex marriage, once and for all. I have asked you if you would endorse such to the President. I am a homosexual. Rather or not the fine state of California grants equal rights to Homosexual couples is beside my point. I am concerned for a decent respect to the opinions of all my fellow man. As it stands. half our state is at a point of civil unrest. If the supreme court overturns prop 8. Which is likely. Than the other half is at a point of civil unrest. At no time do we all experience a happy destiny. I am concerned for the equality of all homosexual couples throughout our great nation. Equal rights for all. Lest we expend Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. I speak of my own sect because although we may or may not be granted equal rights in the state of California. There are 49 other states that my fellow Homosexuals live in that still must fight for equal rights. Further for there to be true equality and a decent respect to the opinions of all our fellow man the forgoing is the quintessential vehicle to that end. On a national level. If California Granted equal rights. Those rights are not even recognized outside the state. That Mr. Governor is not equality. I will not rest until we have our equal standing. If it must be that half of our great nation is unhappy as a result of such as is of same sex marriage. Than the unrest is on yours, and those who do not heed the forging's hands. We require equality. We all know the eventuality of inequality. Simply waiting on the Supreme Court again and again is making a mockery out of our Supreme Court. I have put myself in the position of doing my research and coming to a better understanding. I hope you do the same. Mr. Governor endorse the " Origin " Institution and sanctity of same sex coupling on a national level. Protect the Sanctity of marriage for all time and enact equality now. Mr. President Barack Obama, Respectively, When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to "resolve" the political "bans" which have "disconnected" them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Natures God entitled them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes that impel them "resolved". This revised in parenthesis is from The United States Declaration of Independence. July 4.1776. This is in regards to the sanctity of our American democracy, enshrined in the Declaration of Independence: "We hold these truths to be self evident ... that all men are created equal." This excerpt is from our Declaration of Independence and the Compromise ( Of which was enacted forthwith/a timely manner) of 1850 in regards to slavery. . I humbly submit that, for the sanctity of marriage and equality for all, The Compromise of ??/??/????, whereas, nation wide, same sex partners are granted the same rights as one man and one woman in marriage. The Document would be entitled "A Civil Union." On the same document. Marriage: One man, one woman. >>>Marriage Certificate>>> Coupling: Same sex >>>Coupling Certificate>>> Whereby selection of either would enact the same. Same Document, Same Rights. Different Certificate. Mr. President Barack Obama . PROCLAMATE. The compromise of ??/??/????. I leave you with this, of which is an excerpt of the compromise of September 9th-20th, 1850: "It being desirable, for peace, concord, and harmony of the union of these United States, to settle and adjust amicably all existing questions of controversy between them arising out of the ... " and I add, " ... Questions of Same Sex Marriage upon a fair and just basis." Roland D. Menard III
WE THE UNDERSIGNED DO HERE BY ENDORSE THE HERE IN COMPROMISE. THANK YU FOR DOING YOUR PART FOR THE PEACE, CONCORD, AND HARMONY OF OUR GREAT NATION.
