Against Halloween Horror Nights 2008 Billboards

On September 4, 2008 The Orlando Sentinel posted an article about a local mother's group that is looking to have the billboards toned down.
They are not looking to have Halloween Horror Nights canceled, they have nothing against the holiday of Halloween or Universal Studios. These billboards are graphic and unnecessary.
There are 80 billboards throughout the city of Orlando and are very "in your face." This event is not intended for young children, as stated on the Halloween Horror Nights web site, yet they have no problem posting the graphic images on billboards that everyone can see.
As an adult, I can look at this image and realize that it is not real and "just for fun" yet, how do I explain this to my three year old son? Our young children should not be exposed to these images.
I agree with this issue and hope that many others out that do as well!
We the undersigned would like for Universal Studios and Clear Channel Outdoor to re-work the 80 billboards posted in the Orlando area advertising the Halloween Horror Night 18.
We would like these billboards to be suitable for person's of all ages. We feel that these images currently on the 80 billboards in the Orlando area are detrimental to young children that do not have the ability to decipher between what's real and what's pretend.
The event is stated as "Not suitable for young children" but the advertising is placed so that children of ALL ages can see them. We feel that this is extremely irresponsible.
We hope that our voices will be heard and the appropriate actions are taken. Thank you for your time and consideration.
