Save River Road

Please send a message to the North Carolina Department of Transportation that the residents of New Hanover County DO NOT wish to see a well established, heavily traveled and scenic highway RELOCATED due to a big developer's greed.   This propsed corridor is UNSAFE for drivers, adds time to our communte, DESTROYS the peace for hundreds of families in the adjacent neighborhoods, and most importantly is unneccesary.

The New Hanover County Commisioners disregarded the pleas of over 750 residents.  They sided with the developer.  Now is our LAST CHANCE to have our voices heard.  Let D.O.T. know that we want River Road to remain where it is.

Let's send a message that we should not allow developers to single-handedly re-design our communties inorder to serve their self-interests!  Please SIGN THIS PETITION!  Thank you!
